CLIFFORD M. GREENE
Cliff Greene's CLE programs, presented throughout the United States, are consistently and enthusiastically praised as practical, creative and inspirational.
Cliff maintains an active trial practice at the litigation boutique he founded, Greene~Espel, in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He served as the 1998 Distinguished Practitioner in Residence at William Mitchell College of Law, teaching Federal Jurisdiction and Advanced Evidence.
A graduate of Harvard College and Cornell Law School, Cliff has Chaired the U.S. District Court Local Rules Committee (MN) since 1989 and has served on the Minneapolis Civil Rights Commission and the Minnesota Supreme Court Task Force on Racial Bias in the Judicial System.
Cliff has authored a variety of articles on trial related topics and is co-author of the popular text, The Process of Legal Research, now in its fourth printing.
