Since 1981, our goal has been to provide you with the highest quality information and services that help you reach your goals for continuing education training. Any information you provide to P.E.G. is maintained and accessible only by P.E.G. , unless specifically stated otherwise. We use data you provide only to deliver information, products or services you express interest in, or specifically request. If we use your IP address, it would be primarily to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web site. P.E.G. will never willfully disclose individually identifiable information about its users to any Third Party without first receiving the users’ permission, and only then if the third party agrees to these terms (except to comply with applicable law or valid legal process). It is our intent to offer you the ability to opt-out/de-list /delete any information you might give at this site. P.E.G. does not sell or rent user information to anyone.
Information We Collect
Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect information (like e-mail addresses) and, if you order a product, financial information (like account or credit card numbers, mailing address and telephone number). Information from the order form is used to process and send orders. Address information may also be used to send information about our company, and/or promotional material from our partners. Credit card information is held in strictest security and is only held as long as needed to confirm the transaction.

Our online surveys ask participating visitors for information (like their e-mail address) and demographic information (like their zip code, firm size, area(s) of practice, number of years in practice, etc.) We use data from our surveys to send participants information about our company. We may also use it to send promotional material from our partners. Participant’s information is also used to contact them when necessary.
