 Agree... Jeff Johnson is
 GREAT!

  • The day went by quickly and I learned a lot. Many speakers ask for feedback from attendees, but Jeff actually engaged the audience. One of the best CLE’s I’ve attended.
  • Best organized and most informative CLE seminar I have attended in recent years.
  • I was quite pleased at how interesting it was. Helpful – real world topics.
  • I have attended many CLEs this year on several topics – this one was by far the best. Every member of the audience was engaged in the discussion
  • This course gives new meaning to the term ‘multimedia presentation.’ It has yet to be surpassed by any seminar I have attended.
  • Jeff was fantastic. A very useful program with much practical advice. Easy to understand and very interesting.
  • Fabulous!
  • Although I have attended many programs, I have never given a grade of ten to a program before this one.

In the Faragher and Ellerth cases, the U.S. Supreme Court greatly enhanced the legal importance of prompt and thorough investigations in response to claims of workplace harassment. Over the past few years, lower courts have been interpreting the Faragher and Ellerth requirements and informing employers and investigators of their obligations under these new legal standards.

Jeff Johnson uses his extensive experience as an investigator for companies throughout the country to illuminate the steps to a sound and complete investigation, from the first signs of potential trouble through the final touches on the written report to discussions of that report with interested employees.

Performance reviews strike fear into the hearts of managers and employees alike. Jeff will teach you tactics to relieve the tension and to create useful tools for the performance management of difficult employees. He will discuss practical tips for creation and completion of written performance reviews and discuss how to avoid the mistakes that managers often make at review time.

Attorneys and HR professionals must work in concert to properly protect a company, whether that means defending against the claim, or prosecuting, excising, and inoculating against wrongdoing. We recommend you attend this program with your counterpart, as the two of you and your company will benefit greatly from your integrated understanding of the problems and solutions to workplace harassment claims.

Direct participant involvement and hands-on training insure an engaging, exciting day filled with concrete answers to fluid questions.
